We deal directly with your insurance company and arrange alternative transportation, towing or pick-ups for you if needed. Once we get you on your way we'll inspect your vehicle and provide an estimate. Upon your approval, we then proceed with the required repair process, quickly returning your vehicle to its pre-collision condition.

Questions and Answers

I have had an accident, what do I do now?
Contact your insurance company to report the accident. Once they have issued you a claim number, just stop by to see us and we can process your claim on your behalf.

The person that hit my car wants to just pay for the damage without involving the insurance companies.
This is fine. First we provide a thorough estimate for repairs to return your car to its pre-accident condition, and explain the repairs to both parties. Once we agree on price, payment arrangement, and a time we can begin repairs, we can get you on you’re way. We also offer low rates on rental cars, and pick up and drop off service at no extra charge.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No appointments necessary and all estimates are free of charge.

We are located at the corner of Thorold Stone Rd. and Montrose Rd. in Niagara Falls, Ontario in the Auto Value Hyundai Complex. Enter the driveway off Montrose Rd. and head halfway down the building past the Parts and Service Dept. Our office doors face Thorold stone Rd.
